The structure is stable, not easy to deteriorate during storage and transportation, and has good post-processing performance. POY wire has a wide range of applications, mainly used for processing various deformed wires and anti-elongation wires, including: 50-167dtex deformed wire (DTY wire) machined by high-speed anti-elongation deformation method.

In addition, POY silk can also be processed through the cross-processing of the cross-wire, such as POY cross-wire and FDY cross-wire, these cross-wire has better cohesion and unwinding, suitable for different weaving processing needs. For example, medium and fine-denier colored polyester interwoven silk is used for processing wool-type silk fabrics, medium denier is used for processing woolen fabrics, medium and coarse denier polypropylene colored interwoven silk is used for processing decorative interwoven silk fabrics, and coarse denier is used for processing tufted carpets, etc.
