Excessive number of networks (excessive re-netting) may lead to network spots on the fabric surface (due to strong network points, insufficient untwisting during relaxation processing, and different dyeing rates during dyeing). Too few networks (excessive light nets) lead to loose fluffing of network points under tension during weaving or weaving preparation (the purpose of the network is to avoid hairiness and yarn strength enhancement).
